Mark Colangelo
Mark is a Wayne State University and Center for Humanistic Studies alumni with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Psychology. Mark has also attained a Master’s degree in Clinical and Humanistic Psychology. He began his career working for the Lambton-Kent District School Board as a Psychology Counsellor (assessing students with disabilities and counselling students) and working in private practice mainly as a play therapist working with children and families. He then transitioned to St. Clair College of Applied Arts as a counsellor supporting students with disabilities in their academic endeavours while continuing as a psychometrist in private practice. Mark transferred to the Developmental Services Worker program and is currently still there as a professor.
Louie Saroli
Louie has a major degree in Human Kinetics and a minor degree in Business from the University of Windsor. Louie currently works with Amico Affiliates Construction in the Health and Safety Department. He has volunteer experience coaching with the Windsor Soccer Club. Louie will be an asset on the board as Treasurer due to his past work experience in bookkeeping and business income taxes.
Michelle Hunter
Michelle has her Bachelors in Kinesiology with a Masters in Sports Management from the University of Alabama. She is currently completing her Bachelors of Nursing at Michigan State University. Michelle has experience in Physiotherapy and coaching. She is driven and will work with others to help make a difference in the community.
Mady Janisse
Madison has a diploma in the Developmental Services Worker with 5 years of experience in the DSW field. Currently, she is working towards her honours degree in Social Work and Disability Studies at the University of Windsor. Mady is hard-working and enthusiastic when working with those living with exceptionalities.
Kimberly Gordon
Kim is a lawyer based in Michigan. She graduated from Michigan State University from the College of Law. Kim is passionate about helping individuals who may not have a chance to advocate for themselves.
Lisa Bastien
Lisa is a mother of three adult children, one with exceptionalities. She balances a full-time job with various activities for her daughter’s growth - physically, intellectually and socially. She was involved as a girl guide leader for 10 years. She enjoys contributing to young girls' growth and independence. She hopes to contribute to SAP from a mother/family perspective.
Stephanie Miller
Stephanie is a graduate of Westervelt College and works at the University of Windsor as an admin assistant. She is a mother of three, one with an exceptionality that keeps her fairly busy. Stephanie is a great asset to the Sharing A Purpose team as she is a kind and generous person with years of experience in the exceptional community.
Gabrielle Saroli, MPEd
Gabrielle has a double major in Psychology and Disability Studies from the University of Windsor. She completed her Masters of Education: Teaching Students with Exceptionalities from Western University. Gabrielle is the Executive Program Coordinator at Roots 2 Wings and has been there since 2017. She volunteers with CIBC Run for the Cure, and is currently on the Autism & Behavioural PAC. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives for those who have exceptionalities.
Darlene Ritchie
Darlene has completed her Child and Youth Worker Program with a focus in Addictions from Westervelt College. Darlene assists in leading the participants with our daily Workshop curriculum. Darlene is a mother of three children and is empathetic, passionate and connects with all those who are a part of Sharing A Purpose.
Sharron Lambing
Sharron has over 15 years of professional experience working alongside individuals with exceptionalities in different settings. She assists in leading the participants with our daily Workshop curriculum. Sharron is a mother of two and is very determined to making a positive difference every day in the lives of those she works with.
Nevila Kadareja
Nevila has over 20 years experience in this field, as she is a mother of a young adult with an exceptionality. She has a nurturing personality with caring, motherly instincts that she uses towards the wellbeing of those around her. Nevila assists in leading the participants with our daily Workshop curriculum.
